The tallest home in downtown Nashville
The 505 Tower in downtown Nashville will be Nashville’s tallest residential building when completed in early 2018. The concrete for the top floor was poured last week, so it’s already altering the Nashville skyline.
The site is the former Nashville Convention Center at the corner of 5th Avenue and Church St. This is a great location in the heart of the entertainment and business district.
The current plan calls for 543 luxury rental units to be built on 45 floors with retail at the ground level. With the first occupants slated to move in October 2017.
In 2018, that plan could change.
It’s possible that some of the units would be offered for sale as residential condos. It’s expected that most of the units sold would be on the upper third of the building.
The units listed for lease range from studios to two bedroom apartments. The largest units are approximately 1075 SF and rent for up to $3,825 per month.
The building’s exterior boasts a salt water pool, cabanas, terrace, dog park and tennis court. Inside you will find several lounge areas, fitness center, game room, cinema and private parking.
Currently there are 57 condo units for sale in downtown Nashville ranging from $250,000 - $3 Million. Sales prices are averaging 97.7% of list price and close in 50 days. All signs indicate that the condo market downtown appears to be balanced in terms of supply and demand.
