Steve and Gretchen Jolly Have Moved to Benchmark Realty

Steve Jolly and Gretchen JollyWe have Moved!

For the first time in our careers as Real Estate Professionals, we have moved to another firm.  We decided to join ranks with the fastest growing real estate company in Middle Tennessee, Benchmark Realty.    We chose Benchmark Realty because of the great work environment and the autonomy to run our business to best meet the needs of our clients.  Benchmark was named one of the best places to work in Nashville in 2012.

Steve will continue to focus on selling foreclosures properties and serving investor clients throughout the Metro Nashville Area.  Steve averages more than 40 foreclosure sales per year and is considered one of the top distressed property experts in Nashville.  Steve attributes his success in real estate to three simple rules.  First, treating each house that he sells like it was his own home.  Second, he strives to go above and beyond all of his clients expectations.  Finally, his knowledge of tech savvy marketing, social media and video is effectively used to sell homes quickly at the highest price.  Steve is ranked among the top agents in the Metro Nashville Area and has been awarded several top producer awards.

Gretchen will continue to work with clients looking to purchase residential and investment properties with a concentration on Area 2 in Nashville and Williamson County.  Gretchen does an exceptional job working with buyers relocating to this area.  More than just an agent, Gretchen helps those relocating to easily make the transition to their new life in Nashville.  Gretchen’s vast network and knowledge of Nashville help her clients quickly feel at home in their new city. Gretchen is a multiple award winning agent for sales productivity and quality of service to her clients.

The move to Benchmark will help us to offer more and provide a higher level of service to our clients. We are thankful for the opportunity we had with our old firm, and are looking forward to even greater success in 2013.
