Calling all business owners and sales professionals
This email is a little off the beaten path. Please check it out as it may be extremely helpful to you or someone you know.
I want to thank you all for being loyal subscribers to the Daily Deal! It has been such a blast connecting with each one of you every week day. I truly enjoy writing for you and it wouldn’t be the same without each and every one of you.
Being a small business owner or entrepreneur is not an easy job. I should know because I have been living in these shoes for the last 14 years. I wouldn’t have it any other way and I expect you agree too.
One of the traps of being an entrepreneur is knowing when you should be working in your business and when you should be working on your business. Things like systems, advertising, and marketing all fall into the latter category.
Most of us set that aside while we are tackling the other aspects of running our business and never put in the time required to help your business grow and prosper. I’ve been guilty of this too. You get up early, start tackling problems and overcoming obstacles and the next thing you know it’s time to go home.
And some days all the spinning plates come crashing to the floor and you feel like nothing was completed.
Over the years, I’ve learned how to balance the load so everything gets done on time. It’s not always easy, but there is a system that works for me. And I am sure it could work for you too!
As a way to give back to you and this wonderful city, I will be starting a group to help others learn how to market and sell their products in today’s market. We will be looking at things like:
- How to write emails to your clients (just like this one)
- Marketing strategies that include social, email, websites, mail, PPC and SEO
- How to move from an expert in the business to an Authority in your market
If this sounds good to you, then hit reply and let me know if you prefer an online group or an in-person “Meet Up” style group.
Thank you for reading all the way through!
